Recent Developments

It’s a hot, dry summer here in Salem, Oregon. It feels like summers in the valley near the Bay Area. I read that the climate conditions around San Francisco from 20 years ago, have moved up here to the Salem/Portland area. I believe it. So, I planted bougainvillea in our garden. We’ll see if it survives, smiles.

Jack Klaff who narrated the first book of the series, is scheduled to begin recording the second book, The Judgement of Seth (The Tlaloc War). And it won’t take as long to get it going this time. We recorded the first book during the pandemic. We couldn’t get into a studio, so Jack recorded excerpts and sent them to me. I edited them all (which took a long time) and we sent the recording to Jack Pot Studios in Portland. Gus Berry at Jack Pot did a FABULOUS job! Now we have access to a studio, so things should move along more quickly.

Also, I am turning back to the 4th book, The Contendings, (T’schuvah). I’m about 3/4ths of the way done.

We received some great reviews for the Audible production of the 1st book on the Audible site, so please take a look.

AND I have come out as being trans now. I thought I was a gay boy for the first decades of my life and, during that time, formed an LGBT country band called, Doug Stevens & the Outband. We received a ton of press and toured the U.S., performed in Mexico and in the Netherlands. Google the band and you will see a bit about THAT history.

Thanks for checking in!! I hope to hear from you soon! –Teresa
